2026 Coaching
Join me.
I have coached humans for 19 years.
2026 will mark two full decades of me being a small piece to thousands of peoples puzzles in their explorations of effort and self.
As it stands over the course of my career, I have successfully guided athletes to:
825 finishes of races less than a marathon distance
426 marathon finishes
623 50k finishes
195 50 mile finishes
203 100k finishes
395 100 mile finishes
30 finishes of 125 miles or more
My approach to coaching is simple. And it works.
The program that is best for an individual, is the one that they will do. It must fit their preferences, their life schedule and be scaled to their abilities and objectives properly.
I coach low mileage, even for big objectives, use strength training and accessory capacity work to compliment the time on foot and build intelligently around each of my peoples access to time, terrain and equipment.
My coaching is fully integrated and always built specific to each athlete I coach. I build wholistic training protocols, combining strength training, run and capacity work, mobility, injury prevention, pre-hab/rehab work and anything else critical to the objectives, into one synergistic program that 1) fits life without it becoming a second job and 2) ensures the work that is needed, is done.
I coach remotely full time. This is all that I do. My athletes are not a side project after a normal 9-5. I am not repackaging and reselling a program that worked for me. What I am doing is combining an educational background that includes a biomechanics and kinesiology degree program with 15 years of on-the-trail experience as a professional runner and 20 years of experience as a full time coach, into a one of a kind, world class training experience that is second to none.
In 2025, my athletes touched finish lines at races ranging Moab 240, UTMB, Javelina 100 to Crewel Jewel 50, Mines of Spain, The Grizzly Ultra, IMTUF 100 to the Chicago Marathon, Boston Marathon and more others than I can list here. They saw summits of Adams, Baker and Rainier, tore through the North Cascades, Canadian Rockies and Colorado Rockies, ran self supported Timberline and Loowit Loops and set FKT’s ranging from 50-300 mile efforts.
And in 2026, I am opening spaces for new athletes.
How many? I do not know, probably less than 10. I don’t have a “cap”, I bring athletes on until my roster feels full. This year, my current roster almost entirely re-signed for 2026. 95% of the athletes who worked with me in 2025, will be with me in the coming year, so space for new faces is limited.
Simply put, if you have big objectives for 2026, this is where you want to be.
I anticipate these spots will fill quickly. If you’d like to talk shop, learn more and see if it’s a good fit, reach out to me either:
