An update on remaining roster spots and a "rest of the year" special

For those of you who do not know, I am a run coach.

I’ve worked in the space for the last 20 years, full time. It’s all I do and all I have ever done. I build completely personalized, fully integrated training plans for athletes looking to chase the big stuff. Everyone I coach gets a 1:1 unique program, delivered weekly, built around any and all life variables we need to take into account (work, travel, weather, family life etc). The run work, strength sessions, mobility, prehab and recovery work are all fluidly inserted into a singular program that allows all those parts to act together to give each of my athletes exactly what they need.

I coach lower mileage, even for big objectives. For perspective, my 100 mile athletes generally peak out around 60-65 miles per week on their peak weeks. I’m a firm believer in the concept of “the best program is the one you will do” and so I put a heavy emphasis on making sure the work fits life. Each week, as life happens, my athletes message me directly for real time, on the fly adjustments and changes to the plan to make sure things fit. Stuck in the office and not getting to the 90 minute session after work? I go right in, adjust the week, make sure you get in what you need in a way that fits and let you carry on with your day.

Objectively, it’s a really nice way to train for cool shit in a cool way, not have it feel like a second full time job, and have a coach as a resource who’s worked with over 2,200 athletes over his career. I’ve seen it all, so whatever life throws at you, I can most likely handle. My athletes never have to wait days for an email reply (I typically respond within 5-10 minutes to all messages) and show up on race day knowing they’ve set themselves up to have the best experience possible.

I currently have 4 roster spots available. I normally offer 3/6/12 month plans (priced at $425/$775/$1,200), but for the final 4 spots, I’m offering a special that covers now until Jan 1 for $1,035. Once the 4 spots are gone, they’re gone.
