This months FAHK protocol focuses on the little stuff. We’re going to leave the legs fresher with a less beefy strength approach and spend
3x a week running through this singular protocol for the month, to go after the balance, stability and resiliency work that we need to handle the summer miles as they stack up.
Ideally, you’ll run through this Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.
