The off-season nears
Fall approaches and the off season nears. You’ve made it through a summer of big miles and hard work, now what?
First, we end the fall strong. This months protocol focuses on a wholistic approach to strength, balancing unilateral and bilateral patterns with a sprinkling of upper body work in the mix. Our objectives are to enter the off season healthy and with a massive fitness base, which we will then attack more aggressively in the gym as the weather deteriorates and miles become less appealing.
Expect a jump in volume and load in the next couple months of this protocol as we start to set our sights on next year with the work we do this winter.
