Winter arc
2026 is a month away and it’s time to get to work. Last months edition of the protocol helped transition from the end of the race season into the offseason, now, we build.
Our objectives for December are to lean heavy into some harder strength sessions while maintaining balance and movement mechanics in a range of motion planes. We want to stay strong through the winter and enter our spring build more durable, strong and more capable than ever.
As always, run through each of these workouts 1x a week (three in total each week) and repeat them for a month. Every movement has a clickable movement demo and January will build heavily on this months sessions.
