Suffer-Fests, Training Protocols, Program Consultations and more
It is time to go deeper here.
I have built into this space rather quickly and have received a tremendous amount of encouraging feedback from both my first release of the Foot, Ankle, Knee and Hip Protocol as well as my ramblings on effort. Because of this, I am going to expand into this medium and provide something of deeper value and spend more of my bandwidth here.
Today I am soft launching my paywall subscription. I aim to provide something that far exceeds the value of your monthly investment into being a part of this community. For the rest of April, the monthly subscription is just $14, and includes the following:
Access to my monthly release of the Foot, Ankle, Knee and Hip protocol. This will post on the 1st of every month and will be progressive from the previous month. If you’re a mountain athlete, endurance athlete or high performer in your physical domain, this will be a valuable tool in your toolbox. I’ll also have some deeper dive training entries every month for my paid subscribers. The next release of my protocol will go live May 1.
Access to my monthly Suffer-Fest Capacity Session releases. For 18 years I’ve coached endurance athletes, special forces operators and every type of high speed human you can imagine. I’ve built a massive library of engine building sessions that are mostly suffering for the sake of suffering, which I’m convinced is a valuable experience, in moderation, for anyone looking to expand their capabilities. These are sessions you can easily slot into off days, in place of run days or tack on to the end of one of your strength sessions as a test of intestinal fortitude. Each month I’ll release several gym based workouts as well as several you can do at home/outdoors. They’ll suck, they’ll make you better. The first release of this is live now, with future releases to go out early each month.
All paid subscribers have access to me for a free consultation. This can be used to overall assess your current training plan, discuss a race/objective build that you’re in, general Q & A or any other way my experience as a coach and athlete can be of help. To take advantage of this, simply email me at Kylelongfitness@gmail.com with an overview of what you’d like reviewed. The more information you provide, the more help I can be. Drop your Strava link over, outline what your current plan looks like, list out some questions or concerns you have about your training and I’ll review it and advise. You can use this anytime your subscription is active, doesn’t have to be upon sign up.
Finally, all subscribers receive a 10% off code to use with one of my run sponsors, PATH Projects (in your welcome email) as well as 25% off my future training camps I will be hosting at my home in the Canmore/Banff area. These are currently in the planing process, but will be small group (3-6 people) 4 day mountain training experiences….they will be dope.
As the space grows, I’ll add a fair amount to this. I want to remove barriers to entry for high quality training related information and so building this into something that is low cost, high value is something important to me. If you like something in particular that I build, let me know, I’ll build more of it. I am thankful for you all, I look forward to this next step in my quest to build better humans, whatever that means.
Onwards, Always.
