Good read. Reminds me of a Stephen Fry quote I like: We are not nouns, we are verbs. I am not a thing - an actor, a writer - I am a person who does things - I write, I act - and I never know what I'm going to do next. I think you can be imprisoned if you think of yourself as a noun.
Love this! Important to stay grounded and not get tied up to much into what the rest of society is doing. I never liked how the first question someone asks is “what do you do.” Meaning for work. I do a lot of things, but my job isn’t what defines me, either do my hobbies. I explore a lot of hobbies and enjoy learning about a lot instead of just one thing being my life.

I love this 🙌thank you for sharing, I’m going to read more of his stuff thanks to this
If identity is verb, then culture is theatre—and we are all actors. Great piece.
Love this 🙌
Loved reading this. Couldn’t agree more - “human is enough”
